A Multi-Purpose Health Camp was arranged to N. Landhoo based on the need assessment trip conducted in February 2018. The Multi purpose Health Trip was conducted from 4th July 2018 - 7th July 2018. The main objective of the trip to provide the services given by SHE to the community of Landhoo and the islands nearby. The detailed activities conducted by the department is mentioned below.

Awareness sessions for parents regarding family planning, Breast cancer, cervical cancer and sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDs.

Awareness session on roles and responsibilities of parents (Islamic perspectives)
Healthy eating habits and life style for students, parents and elders

Conduct awareness on thalassemia and G6PD deficiency for different age groups
Provide free thalassemia screening for first 100 civilians who have never screened for thalassemia so far.

Through this Multipurpose Health Trip 934 people were reached from different services provided during the period.
